Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative Junior HR Assistant to support Recruitment & Selection (R&S), onboarding, employee integration, and other departmental activities. Assist employees and provide general HR support We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team! If you are organized, communicative, enjoy working with people, and wish to build your career in HR, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling; * Conduct interviews for operational and administrative positions of lower complexity; * Support onboarding, new employee integration, and internal transfers; * Update HR controls, spreadsheets, and metrics; * Support training initiatives, internal communication, and endomarketing activities; * Organize documents and maintain up-to-date departmental records; * Assist employees by clarifying questions and directing requests; * Support other Human Resources department activities. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Experience in Personnel Department or Human Resources routines; * Familiarity with job posting platforms and HR information systems.
