Provide information and assist in organizing common areas. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Receive residents, visitors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring courteous and professional service; * Control the entry and exit of people, recording information in an incident logbook or electronic system; * Answer and forward telephone calls, take messages, and relay information to responsible parties; * Support condominium administration in receiving and organizing correspondence, packages, and internal announcements; * Provide information regarding condominium rules and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal regulations; * Register visitors and service providers when necessary; Assist in scheduling the use of common areas (party hall, gym, barbecue area, etc.). * ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Flexible availability. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance: BRL 329.00 * Transportation allowance: BRL 11.20 per day * Dental plan Shift schedule: 12x36 \- 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
