Main Responsibilities: * Issue invoices in the system; * Manage and verify fiscal documents; * Conduct quotations and purchase parts and materials as needed; * Communicate with suppliers for negotiation and order follow-up; * Organize files, documents, and reports; * Perform general administrative tasks. Requirements: * Reside in Simões Filho \- BA (preferably); * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of administrative and tax routines; * Experience issuing invoices; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency with the Rodopar system.
