Job Summary:
The professional will work in the Procurement department, managing purchase requests, quotations, supplier negotiations, and document organization.

**Desired Technical Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields).
**Responsibilities:**
* Receiving and analyzing purchase requests via the Protheus system;
* Forwarding received quotations to requesters for technical validation, when necessary;
* Issuing purchase and/or service orders in the Protheus system;
* Requesting signatures and approvals for orders according to the approval workflow;
* Quoting freight, mobilization/demobilization, and investment items – when necessary;
* Registering and updating suppliers in the system – when necessary;
* Requesting quotations for products and services;
* Negotiating based on finalized comparative analysis reports;
* Prospecting and qualifying new suppliers – when necessary;
* Contacting suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and terms – when necessary;
* Scheduling and/or receiving technical and commercial supplier visits – when necessary;
* Organizing and controlling department documents in shared folders – when necessary;
* Clearing pending documents in the management system – when necessary;
* Issuing purchase orders to regularize invoices – when necessary;
* Training new users on the Protheus system according to internal procedures – when necessary;
* Strictly adhering to procurement department procedures and work instructions;
* Ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with the 5S program standards;
* Supporting the budget department with strategic quotations – when necessary.
**Skills:**
* Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) – verified by a practical test;
* Solid knowledge of the supplier market and procurement trends;
* Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills;
* Teamwork with good interpersonal relationships;
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure;
* Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
* Experience in sectors such as civil construction, maintenance, and industry;
* Knowledge of taxes (taxes, rates, and contributions) is desirable;
* Good communication, organizational skills, and willingness to learn new procedures.
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
