Visit potential and existing customers, seek business opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales support. **Job Responsibilities:** * Offer products and services suited to each customer's profile. * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and purchase volumes. * Manage and develop the customer portfolio, maintaining strong relationships and prospecting new customers. * Present new product launches and promotions, advising customers on product usage, storage, and display. * Identify customer needs and preferences, resolving issues related to products or services. * Monitor deliveries, inventory levels, product display, and product preservation at points of sale. * Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting commercial strategies accordingly. * Plan and follow daily customer visit routes. * Prepare visit routes and analyze customers prior to visits. * Execute the full sales routine at each customer, including proposals, order processing, and delivery follow-up. * Ensure appropriate product display and execution of routines at points of sale. * Update customer information and strategies in the system. * Participate in commercial meetings, analyze performance, and define collection and customer base growth strategies.
