If you have industrial experience, are a solution-oriented individual who rolls up your sleeves and gets things done, this opportunity is tailor-made for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical maintenance on company machinery, equipment, and facilities according to a schedule defined by supervisors or as requested, aiming to ensure proper functionality and extend service life. * Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. * Sharpen knives/razors used in mills, adhering to safety regulations. * Replace knives/razors in mills following safety regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures, safety locks, and preventive communication. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace, including materials, tools, machines, and equipment. * Perform maintenance following established procedures and safety standards, appropriately using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Request quotations for parts or services required for maintenance and subsequently submit requisitions for supervisor approval. * Follow preventive maintenance procedures by checking hydraulic unit oil levels or equivalent systems and topping up oil to manufacturer specifications when necessary. * Mechanically assemble or install machinery and equipment, working jointly with supplier or manufacturer teams or under supervisor guidance. * Complete maintenance forms and work orders per established procedures. * Perform preventive maintenance on horizontal pumps and small equipment. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex maintenance issues across departments. * Contribute to weekly maintenance planning. * Ensure compliance with technical standards. * Schedule maintenance activities based on operational needs and production planning. * Propose equipment improvements. * Verify specifications of parts and components supplied by specialized companies. * Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with the Unit’s maintenance plan. * Requisition parts from stores for use in corrective and preventive maintenance. * Record information related to corrective and preventive maintenance in incident reports. * Internally repair damaged parts and components on plant equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Knowledge of TOTVS will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** Work regime: 2 days on / 2 days off Shift: To be determined Benefits: **Health Insurance** **Dental Insurance** **On-site meals** **Meal allowance** **Transportation via scheduled routes** **Life Insurance** **Private Pension Plan** **Education Incentive Program** **Profit Sharing Program** **TotalPass** **Employee Support Program – Caring is Pack** About Engepack Working at Engepack means joining a team that believes in people, purpose, and collective growth.
