Focus on excellence in customer service and organization **Location:** Jacobina **Position:** Store Manager **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 + 0.5% commission on sales + commission on daily target **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Description:** The Store Manager position is responsible for full operational management, ensuring achievement of commercial results, excellence in customer service, and internal process organization, as well as leading and developing the sales team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience managing teams * Availability for relocation and travel * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) * Prior experience in store management or retail leadership **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning * Monitor goals, results, and performance indicators (KPIs) * Conduct periodic training sessions and feedback with staff * Ensure adherence to customer service standards * Guarantee compliance with company policies and processes * Plan and execute strategies to increase sales * Control inventory, product verification, and restocking * Monitor sales flow and team performance * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team * Ensure store and checkout area organization * Handle conflict resolution and customer support **Benefits:** * Bonus for achieving targets * Opportunity for career growth within the company
