**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Blood pressure measurement – hypertension;
* Blood glucose measurement – diabetes;
* Cholesterol measurement;
* Administration of injectables;
* Medication review;
* Self-care;
* Immunization;
* Smoking cessation support;
* Weight loss support.
* Use of company administrative/financial tools such as ERP and SNGPC;
* Training store operators on the company’s service standards and pharmaceutical technical guidance;
* Management of pharmaceutical regulatory technical procedures in the pharmacy.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy;
* Experience in customer service at retail stores;
* Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of service and sales performance metrics and indicators;
* Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques.
