Do you want to be part of something truly great while learning extensively, within an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **Your Daily Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Conduct periodic inspections to identify and correct workplace hazards * Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations * Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions for employees; investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and preventive action plans * Manage PPE usage and guide employees on proper utilization * Support the preparation and updating of legal documents such as PPRA, LTCAT, and PPP * Promote prevention campaigns and health and safety awareness programs * Conduct occupational safety refresher training and onboard new employees regarding internal policies, in accordance with Ministry of Labor regulations and occupational safety standards. **Therefore, we require that you have:** ----------------------------------------- * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor (MTE) * Prior experience in medium- or large-sized companies, preferably in wholesale and retail sectors * Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and labor legislation * Ability to deliver training and strong communication skills * Proficiency in preparing technical reports and conducting accident investigations * Familiarity with safety control and management tools **Work Schedule:** ------------------------ On-site work from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM **What You’ll Find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Life insurance * SESC membership benefits * SECVC union agreement: dental care, pediatrics, gynecology, and general practice services for you and your dependents * University partnerships: up to 20% tuition discounts at select institutions * Opportunity for professional growth.
