Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Nurse to implement and manage the medical outpatient clinic, providing nursing care and promoting occupational health. Key Highlights: 1. Does this describe you? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities** Support the implementation, organization, and operation of the unit’s medical outpatient clinic; Provide nursing care, first aid, and support in urgent and emergency situations; Collaborate with the Occupational Physician on clinical occupational consultations; Prepare, organize, and monitor occupational examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job change, and termination); Manage appointment schedules, employee call-ups, and examination workflows; Implement and support execution of the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), per guidelines set by the Responsible Physician; Conduct triage, measure vital signs, and monitor employees’ health conditions; Administer medications per medical prescriptions and established protocols; Manage medical records, ensuring organization, up-to-date information, and confidentiality; Support analysis of complementary examinations and monitoring of occupational health indicators; Monitor absences, interface with INSS (Brazilian Social Security Institute), and manage return-to-work processes; Develop and execute health, prevention, and wellness campaigns; Collaborate with Occupational Safety and HR teams to prevent occupational risks; Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal health policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Specialization in Occupational Nursing; Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council); Experience in occupational health, preferably in industrial settings; Knowledge of PCMSO, labor legislation, and social security regulations; Experience implementing outpatient clinics or new industrial operations; Practical experience collaborating with an Occupational Physician as Technical Responsible; Experience managing occupational health indicators and area-specific systems; Advanced English proficiency.
