Creation of reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI A metallurgical company seeks a Warehouse Analyst in Jacobina (Catinga do Moura). **Responsibilities:** Manage industrial materials, maintenance parts, and MRO consumables inventory, ensuring organization and accuracy. Perform inbound, outbound, and material movement control in the ERP system (SAP or similar). Monitor logistics and inventory KPIs, such as inventory turnover, stock coverage, ABC classification, and critical items. Plan and execute periodic inventories, identifying obsolete or slow-moving items. Analyze material requirements and propose actions to optimize inventory management. Create reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI for warehouse performance monitoring. Ensure proper storage, preservation, and organization of materials. Support internal departments in material picking and dispatch. Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics and storage processes. Comply with safety, quality, and warehouse best practice standards. Previous experience as Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
