Job Summary: A professional to ensure the company's financial and strategic health, guaranteeing sustainable growth and profitability in high-end real estate ventures. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sector: Civil Construction – High-End Real Estate Ventures Reports to: CEO / Board of Directors Role Mission To serve as the guardian of the company’s financial health and architect of its economic strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, venture profitability, and capital discipline in high-value-added real estate projects. Main Responsibilities Define and lead the company’s financial, budgetary, and capital strategy. Structure and monitor cash flow across ventures (construction, sales, assignments, and funding). Lead long-term financial planning (valuation, economic feasibility, IRR, NPV, and per-project margin). Negotiate and structure financing with banks, investors, and real estate funds. Ensure financial governance, compliance, audits, and internal controls. Monitor sales performance, construction costs, contract cancellations, delinquency, and margins. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in decisions concerning new launches, landbank, and land acquisitions. Manage financial risks, including interest rate exposure, foreign exchange, input inflation, and working capital. Lead departments including Controllership, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Credit & Collections, and Tax. Technical Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting. MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management. Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Controller in construction companies, real estate developers, or real estate firms. Proficiency in economic-financial feasibility analysis of real estate ventures. Strong expertise in real estate funding, SPE structuring, and sector-specific tax regimes.
