Birthday Day Off for well-being **OPPORTUNITY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST** Salvador/BA \| Accounting Firm We are seeking an analytical, organized professional with leadership potential to join our team! **CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Department Management:** Leading the team, organizing tasks, and analyzing executed processes; **Technical Routines:** Financial statement closing (Balance Sheet, Income Statement), SPED, ECD, ECF, and other departmental routines; **Tax Consulting:** Direct involvement with Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional regimes (Industry, Commerce, and Services); **Control:** Performing reconciliations, monthly/annual closings, and preparing managerial reports for decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Accounting Sciences; Solid prior experience (preferably in accounting firms); Proficiency in accounting/tax legislation, Excel, and management systems; Analytical profile and focus on fulfilling obligations. **BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES:** **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00; **Career Development Plan** (Grow with us!); **Meal Benefit:** R$ 21.00/day \+ Transportation Allowance; **Well-being:** Health Insurance (optional) \+ **Birthday Day Off**; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (Business Hours).
