PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Dentist – General Practitioner **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 20 hours per week **Salary:** R$6\.104,70 **Unit:** **Job Summary:** Performs actions related to the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of dental and oral diseases and conditions, through outpatient clinical procedures and educational activities. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Dental Council (CRO). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical dental care. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying the start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Booklet and Social Security (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above, in cases where the job title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **PROGRAM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
