The mission is simple and clear: understand customer needs, sell the right product, and seize opportunities for additional sales (up-selling). In addition to sales, the professional will also be responsible for maintaining store organization and ensuring it is always ready to welcome customers. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person customer service at the store with courtesy, efficiency, and a results-oriented mindset. * Identify customers' actual needs and present suitable solutions using available products. * Conduct additional sales (up-selling) by offering complementary items that add value to the purchase. * Support online customer service (WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels), responding to customers promptly and clearly. * Convert online interactions into sales using strategic commercial approaches. * Send product photos, videos, and detailed information to online customers when necessary. * Track online orders until completion (picking, verification, and shipping/pickup). * Update order statuses and maintain active communication with customers throughout the entire process. * Organize and respond to messages promptly, prioritizing leads with higher purchasing potential. * Assist in product promotion on social media when requested (e.g., stories, simple posts). * Restock shelves as needed, ensuring good product presentation and store organization. * Maintain a clean and organized environment through periodic cleaning on a rotating team schedule. * Verify incoming merchandise and assist in inventory control. * Flag slow-moving items or those requiring restocking. * Work with sales targets and performance indicators, continuously striving to improve results. * Contribute ideas to increase sales and enhance customer service. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in face-to-face sales or public service. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and negotiation ability. * Ability to listen to customers and offer practical solutions. * Organizational skills and responsibility toward the workplace. * Availability to work in person.
