Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive In-Store Sales Associate for in-person customer service, focused on understanding customer needs, making sales, and maintaining store organization. Bartolomeu de Gusmão, No. 1064 \- Vitória da Conquista \- BA **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours**: Rotating 6x1 schedule \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM **About the Position:** We are looking for an IN-STORE SALES ASSOCIATE with a practical mindset and proactive attitude to provide direct in-store customer service. The mission is simple and clear: understand what the customer needs, sell the right product, and seize additional sales opportunities (upselling). In addition to sales, the professional will also be responsible for maintaining store organization and ensuring it is always ready to welcome customers. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person customer service at the store with courtesy, efficiency, and results orientation. * Identify the customer’s actual needs and present suitable solutions through our products. * Perform additional sales (upselling) by offering complementary items that add value to the purchase. * Restock shelves as needed, ensuring proper product presentation and organization. * Conduct periodic cleaning and maintenance of the store environment (team rotation). * Work toward sales targets and continuously strive to improve sales performance. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in in-person sales or customer service. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and negotiation ability. * Ability to listen to customers and offer practical solutions. * Organizational skills and responsibility toward the work environment. * Availability for in-person work.
