If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and monitor the execution of structural elements in concrete walls; * Supervise formwork assembly, alignment, and bracing; * Ensure proper execution of reinforcement, inserts, and embedded installations; * Monitor concrete pouring, formwork removal, and the production cycle of towers; * Control plumb, level, and quality of structural elements; * Manage the production team and adhere to the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in construction structural supervision (foreman/supervisor); * Experience with concrete walls and formwork; * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings; * Experience managing construction teams; * Knowledge of dimensional control (plumb, level, alignment); * Basic knowledge of occupational safety in civil construction. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * PLR \- Profit Sharing Plan.
