




Job Summary: The Technical Closure Assistant works in the closure cycle of construction projects and maintenance of electricity distribution networks, performing analysis, planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring. Monitor execution and prepare documentation for closure The Technical Closure Assistant is responsible for working in the closure cycle of construction projects and maintenance of electricity distribution networks, including receiving customer demands, conducting preliminary analysis and review of material lists, labor requirements, and technical designs, assessing planning needs for demands, resources, and teams, verifying field feasibility of projects, scheduling demand execution according to route alignment, billing, and customer priorities as well as Setup's interests, monitoring executed, unexecuted, divergent, pending, and rescheduled items with teams and team managers, and specifically: performing analyses of projects undergoing closure; formatting applied material and labor lists; organizing evidence into folders for closure; assembling As-Built documentation; collecting and validating evidence submitted by teams; issuing daily field pending items to teams; receiving and registering the service portfolio in the service management system; managing feasibility inspections for service portfolio execution; preparing team release documentation for intervention in the SEP (Electrical Power System); drafting notices of scheduled power supply interruptions for special customers; reporting service portfolio planning and completion status in customer control tools; preparing design documents and cost estimates for materials and labor related to construction and maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electricity distribution networks.
