Job Summary:
The Technical Closing Assistant works in the project closing cycle and maintenance of electrical distribution networks, performing analyses, planning, scheduling, and execution control.

The Technical Closing Assistant is responsible for working in the project closing cycle and maintenance of electrical distribution networks, carrying out customer demand intake, preliminary analysis and screening of material lists, labor, and technical projects, assessing planning needs for demands, resources, and teams, field feasibility verification, scheduling demand execution according to route alignment, billing, and customer priority as well as Setup’s interests, controlling executed, unexecuted, divergent, pending, and rescheduled items with teams and team managers, where they will: Perform analyses of projects undergoing closure; Format the list of applied materials and labor; Organize evidence into folders for closure; Assemble the As-Built documentation; Collect and validate evidence submitted by teams; Issue daily field pending items to teams; Receive and register the service portfolio in the service management system; Manage feasibility inspections for service portfolio execution; Prepare team release documentation for intervention in the SEP (Electrical Power System); Draft notices of scheduled power supply interruptions for special customers; Report service planning and completion status in the customer’s control tools; Develop projects and budgets for materials and labor for construction and maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution networks.
