The Legion of Good Will (LGW) is hiring a **Psychologist**: The **Psychologist** is responsible for accompanying conviviality groups under the Service for Conviviality and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV), as well as providing consultations, guidance, referrals, and follow-up support to users, prioritizing the quality of socio-assistance services in accordance with the National Social Assistance Policy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure users and their families have access to a welcoming environment and active listening through individual and family consultations, qualified listening, and home visits, enabling identification of needs, development of strategies, and interventions; * Promote and guarantee users’ and their families’ access to rights through coordination and referrals to the network of services; * Facilitate users’ social interaction by developing socioeducational workshops aligned with users’ needs and demands; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology** and **registration with the Regional Psychology Council**. * Prior experience in the Service for Conviviality and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV) is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours; **Additional Information** * Workload: **150 hours per month** * Working Hours: **8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance — effective after probationary period; * Dental insurance — effective after probationary period; * SESC membership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities — **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and professional development program.
