Work Location: Arrojadinho Farm, Jaborandi region, BA — Farm located 100 km from Posse, GO and 150 km from Correntina, BA. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a two-hour break; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (except during harvest and planting periods). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise agricultural operations (planting, harvesting, pesticide application, soil preparation); * Conduct integrated pest and weed monitoring; * Promote and disseminate safety culture; * Understand field operations and execute them effectively; * Possess knowledge of pests and machine calibration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Technician, or related fields; * Knowledge of soybean, cotton, bean, and corn crops; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s License AB; * Experience in pesticide application is a plus. **Additional Information** * Salary negotiable; * Life Insurance; * Health and Dental Plan fully covered by the company; * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); * Banked Hours; * Christmas Bonus.
