Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to work in the Direct Sales department for new vehicles, focusing on customer service and support with discounts and tax exemptions. Key Highlights: 1. Direct sales of new vehicles and tax benefits 2. Support for special customers (PCDs, taxi drivers, fleet customers, etc.) 3. End-to-end support throughout the vehicle purchase process We are looking for a **Sales Assistant** to join our **Direct Sales** team, responsible for marketing **new vehicles purchased directly from the manufacturer**, offering **significant discounts and tax exemptions**, according to the customer's profile. **Target audience:** * Persons with Disabilities (PCDs); * Taxi drivers; * Rural producers; * Fleet customers (companies); * Car rental companies; * Driving schools. **Main responsibilities:** * Customer service and support for direct sales clients; * Assistance to sales representatives and commercial consultants; * Organization and tracking of proposals and orders with the manufacturer; * Verification and management of specific documentation (tax exemptions, reports, contracts, etc.); * Monitoring the purchase process until vehicle delivery. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields); * Driver’s license category B; * Basic knowledge of commercial routines and customer service; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. ✨ **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency with administrative systems and controls.
