Description

REQUIREMENTS: * Veterinary medicine or Animal Science degree (completed); * Knowledge of the dairy cattle market; * Valid driver's license class B and availability for travel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Active customer portfolio in the region; * Experience in livestock farming and technical sales; * Experience in animal production and demand generation; * Knowledge of CRM systems, commercial management tools, and Excel; * Experience with performance targets and KPIs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide on-site technical support and generate demand among cattle farmers, performing sales activities while positioning and differentiating Boehringer Ingelheim products. * Train and build capacity for technical and commercial teams at partner stores. * Deliver technical lectures and field days for producers. * Identify opportunities and promote actions that stimulate turnover of our products and expand our product portfolio within partner stores. * Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with decision-makers and influencers in each region, including technical consultants from served stores and third parties. * Monitor and report competitors' activities. * Execute trade marketing activities, such as MPDV implementation, extra display points, shelf planogram organization, commercial campaigns focused on sell-out to cattle farmers, business days at retail units, and survey completion during visits.
