Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the entire process of receiving, classifying, storing, inventorying, and dispatching cocoa, managing a third-party team, and ensuring quality and safety.

**Warehouse Supervisor – Eunápolis, Bahia**
**About the Position:**
This role’s primary responsibility is to execute the entire process of cocoa receipt, classification, warehousing, inventory, and dispatch at the branch. It also involves strong interaction with cocoa suppliers, acting as the direct contact point upon delivery of raw material to the facility. This position is responsible for managing the third-party cocoa handling team (stevedores).
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Classify, weigh, and store cocoa beans; responsible for daily and monthly inventory of cocoa received at the branch
* Receive, inspect, and store cocoa bags
* Issue documents related to cocoa receipt
* Monitor cocoa transfer process to factories in southern Bahia
* Assess cocoa quality and issue technical reports
* Control third-party headcount and activities performed by them
* Manage physical warehouse stock
* Monitor compliance with all quality and safety procedures within the cocoa warehouse
* Implement and apply 5'S practices in the warehouse
* Implement and apply practices to maintain Food Safety policy in the warehouse
**Qualifications**
* Agricultural Technical Education
* Driver's License Category B
* Flexibility for travel
* Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred
* Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Eunápolis\-BA
* High level of external stakeholder interaction; daily contact with cocoa suppliers
* Knowledge of warehousing, inventory, and dispatch processes
