Job Mission
Responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, with the primary objective of developing and guiding them toward high performance. Deliver key commercial indicators aligned with the company’s strategy. Execute sales-related processes and routines assigned to the role. Analyze sales reports to support the team in building an in-store (PDV) sales plan focused on portfolio expansion, profitability, FDS execution, and market share. Manage trade actions, assets, and customer base jointly with the team. Visit PDVs to understand market changes and opportunities, then use these insights to formulate adaptation plans and capitalize on those opportunities. Prospect new PDVs.
Main Responsibilities
Lead daily morning meetings to cascade objectives and motivate the team.
Train the team to deliver objectives based on observed needs.
Set commercial targets for the team according to route potential and volume.
Develop monthly and weekly sales plans by analyzing PDV profiles, market opportunities/barriers, potential, and historical sales data — aiming to increase market share, volume, coverage, and portfolio distribution while ensuring achievement of established targets.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date registration of PDV data under your management in internal systems, safeguarding data accuracy and confidentiality.
Deliver volume, coverage, and market share for your assigned market area through focused action plans.
Ensure execution of trade and corporate trade initiatives in the market with the team, guaranteeing implementation at the point of sale (PDV) via joint field routes with sales representatives.
Coach sales representatives during daily field routes.
Oversee functional onboarding of new sales representatives, merchandisers, and promoters.
Directly lead the team under your management.
Individually develop and guide the sales team to achieve high performance through individual development plans.
Collaborate with departments involved in the sales process, as needed, to ensure alignment, engagement, support, and execution of required initiatives.
Follow company processes related to your role; participate in monthly planning meetings.
Monitor field team activity execution and ensure tasks flagged in Traffic Light are addressed — diagnosing opportunities, developing action plans to address them, and tracking implementation of actions arising from analysis findings.
Conduct “Evening” meetings to review topics under your responsibility (e.g., order management, pending alignments, activity follow-up, etc.).
Ensure successful HEINEKEN execution photography at PDVs under your management.
Participate in CDA governance meetings.
Disseminate HEINEKEN values and culture across the team, peers, and stakeholders.
Support the variable compensation model by training the team on its methodology, hierarchy, and conducting monthly validation of the calculation base.
Present outcomes of monthly meetings.
Act in accordance with the HEINEKEN Assessment Formula, adhering to sales-area guidelines.
Prospect new points of sale to expand your customer base.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree completed
Requirements
