Job Summary: The CRM Consultant will define and execute customer lifecycle strategies, create intelligent segmentations and personalized campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct A/B testing and integrate CRM initiatives with the Product team. An online entertainment company is hiring a CRM Consultant in Vera Cruz. Esportiva Aksa is a company dedicated to selling sports goods and accessories. We offer high-quality products for athletes and sports enthusiasts. **What you will do in this role?:** Define and execute the customer lifecycle strategy. Create intelligent segmentations based on behavior. Develop data-driven personalized journeys. Build automated campaigns, including cashbacks, missions, and VIP tiers. Develop player clusters and apply specific strategies for each profile. Execute A/B tests on campaigns focused on engagement and reactivation. Collaborate with the Data team to build dashboards. Integrate CRM initiatives with the Product team to deliver relevant user actions within the app/website. Manage CRM tools and platforms. Report weekly CRM metrics to the Head and CMO, including active users, CAC x LTV, reactivation rate, and campaign ROI.
