Candidate information collected during the selection process for open positions is rigorously handled in accordance with the LGPD – General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate planning and control activities for the underground mine construction schedule at tactical and operational levels, ensuring adherence to the project baseline and consistency of progress information; * Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of physical progress information from Construction, Site Engineering, and Site Contract Management teams; * Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations, constraints, and execution risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure integration among planning, execution, procurement, and contract management, promoting alignment across construction fronts; * Continuously monitor physical progress of execution fronts and prepare performance analysis against the approved tactical/operational plan, ensuring integration between underground and surface works per the approved annual plan, with focus on short- and medium-term objectives; * Analyze key project performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating impacts on timeline, cost, and execution strategy; * Develop forecasts, scenarios, and performance simulations to support project leadership’s decision-making; * Consolidate and report project physical progress through technical and executive reports, ensuring continuous reporting to strategic planning to safeguard and defend the project’s long-term plan; * Coordinate preparation of planning and control materials for governance committees and forums, including executive presentations, reports, and decision records; * Promote alignment between operational and corporate teams through integrated meetings and structured communication; * Monitor critical project factors and support planning and control governance; * Act as the liaison between field and corporate, ensuring efficient information flow and coherence between planning and execution; * Develop strategic materials for senior management and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency of information; * Coordinate tracking of project actions, ensuring deadline compliance and alignment with organizational objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * MBA and/or postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable; * Relevant experience in physical planning and control of mining projects (open-pit and/or underground); * Strong operational experience and direct interface with field teams; * Experience coordinating project physical progress, with emphasis on monitoring schedule constraints and risks; * Experience integrating construction, engineering, contracts, and corporate teams; * Management of key project performance indicators (KPIs); * Project governance and decision-making support; * Proficiency in planning software (Primavera or MS Project); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite; * Think-cell is desirable; * Advanced English and/or Spanish is desirable. **Additional Information** Residency in Itagibá/BA is mandatory for working at Atlantic Nickel’s Santa Rita Mine.
