




Job Summary: Carry out document management activities for occupational safety in construction projects, ensuring legal and organizational compliance, supporting training sessions, and completing occupational hazard spreadsheets. Opportunity at a company that values innovation and quality. **Your Mission:** Execute document management activities for occupational safety on construction sites, contributing to legal and organizational compliance. Manage and update documents, support the scheduling and organization of on-site training sessions, and complete spreadsheets and systems related to occupational hazards, under the guidance of the Occupational Safety Engineer. **Responsibilities:** * We seek a professional focused on heavy construction, preferably in power transmission lines and electrical substations. Active registration with the respective professional council is required. Availability to work in remote areas, according to the company’s field leave policy. Focus on meeting corporate and client requirements, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual standards. Experience in project mobilization, preparation and control of technical documents (PGR, APR, PT, PAE, Normative Instructions, and related documents). Experience in technical meetings and presentations, including interaction with clients and external agencies. Skills in team management, leadership of work fronts, and interface with regulatory authorities and clients. Desired Profile: Proactive professional with strong sense of responsibility, analytical capability, and assertive communication skills, capable of operating in challenging and highly complex operational environments. **What We Expect From You:** * Basic knowledge of occupational safety. * Familiarity with technical documentation organization and occupational safety regulations. * Ability to assist in preparing inspection and compliance reports. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word for report writing and document control. * Knowledge of methods, techniques, and processes inherent to occupational safety. * Ability to analyze basic information related to the field and resolve routine problems under supervision. * Familiarity with ERP systems and IT tools as a user. * Office Suite. * More than 5 years of experience.
