Job Summary: This position provides support for hardware and software maintenance, internal software support, coordination with vendors, and IT helpdesk ticket organization, focusing on assisting users and internal processes. Organization and management of the IT helpdesk ticket queue **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support for basic hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (desktops, notebooks, printers, cameras, and peripherals); * Coordination with service providers (internet and infrastructure), assisting in tracking support tickets; * User support for ERP and other internal systems; * Basic support for Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite; * Assistance in developing and updating user manuals and support materials; * Support in delivering internal training sessions to users; * Organization and management of the IT helpdesk ticket queue, including triage, categorization, and prioritized assignment **REQUIREMENTS** * Basic computer knowledge (Windows and Microsoft Office) * Fundamental understanding of networks and hardware; * Basic knowledge of firewalls (e.g., MikroTik or similar); * Basic knowledge of Linux. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience or familiarity with ERP systems; * Familiarity with SAP; * Basic knowledge of SQL; * Knowledge of firewalls (e.g., MikroTik or similar); **EDUCATION** * Technical or undergraduate program in progress in IT, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields
