Contribute to equipment and system performance and integrity We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician I** to ensure operational continuity, safety, efficiency, and operational availability of wind farms, as well as contribute to the performance, integrity, functionality, and safety of the company's wind farm equipment and systems. **If you are organized, communicative, and seek a dynamic environment for professional development, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure operational continuity, safety, efficiency, and operational availability of wind farms, including medium-voltage networks and substations. * Contribute to equipment and system performance and integrity through execution of maintenance plans. * Ensure preservation of operational and maintenance history, standardization, and safe execution of activities at company wind farms. * Suggest, implement, and monitor improvements and modifications to operational processes and execution procedures. * Perform analysis, creation, revision, and/or maintenance of regulatory documentation and processes within the area of responsibility. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, external and internal Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management regulations applicable to business operations, and act responsibly within assigned processes to support implementation of certification standards adopted by the Company. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with active CFT (Technical Certification). * English – Basic. * Driver's License – Category B. * Plant equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and flowcharts – Intermediate. * Processes related to plant operation and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Pre- and post-operation activities and systemic interfaces – Intermediate. * Generalist maintenance procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Basic. * Operation, maintenance, and technical documentation management tools and software – Basic. * Operational procedures – Advanced. * Health and safety regulations and applicable procedures – Advanced. * Technical writing and public speaking techniques – Basic. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * Prior technical experience in electrical systems. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents:** * Medical and dental plan. **Exclusively for you:** * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Quality-of-life programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and offering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
