If you are passionate about service and committed to growth, join our team! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform opening, service flow, and closing procedures for the dining area. * Serve tables strictly adhering to high-standard hospitality protocols. * Handle *Room Service* orders and assist with breakfast setup (especially during night shifts). * Apply sales techniques and wine service skills to enhance guest experience. * Report to the Lead Waiter or Maître and participate in routine training sessions. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is considered an advantage. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in hospitality, wine service, and sales techniques. * **Profile:** Proactivity, attention to detail, clear diction, and self-management capability. ### **What We Offer** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.625,09\. * **Additional Compensation:** Tips and monthly bonuses as salary supplements. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract). * **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher and Transportation Allowance. * **Development:** Real career growth opportunities through a structured career plan. ### **Working Hours and Schedules** Availability to work rotating shifts (including event coverage and absence replacements) across the following shifts: * **Morning/Afternoon:** 07:00 to 15:20\. * **Afternoon/Night:** 16:00 to 00:20\. * **Overnight:** 23:00 to 07:20\. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
