Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement, monitor, and supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures; * Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and guidance for employees and third parties; * Manage and monitor legal occupational health and safety programs (PGR and PCMSO); * Perform Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) for activity authorization and monitor operations in critical areas; * Conduct safety inspections in operational areas using checklists and ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents, proposing and monitoring preventive and corrective actions; * Collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and the Emergency Brigade, including electoral processes, training, and action plan follow-up; * Control and authorize critical activities (e.g., working at heights, confined space entry, electrical work, etc.); * Support audits and regulatory inspections by competent authorities, ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Issue and manage legal documents such as the Professional Profile Record (PPP) and third-party documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in the duties described; * Knowledge and experience with the Emergency Brigade; * Familiarity with Regulatory Standards, especially NR\-05, NR\-06, NR\-11, NR\-12, NR\-20, NR\-33, and NR\-35; * Willingness to travel; * Availability for on-site work in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
