Position: Supply Chain Supervisor
Description:
MSB is seeking a **Supply Chain Supervisor** to lead, in an integrated manner, day-to-day operations in **materials management, industrial planning, logistics, and shipping**, ensuring production supply, inventory control, operational predictability, and adherence to the company's deadlines.
We are looking for a candidate with **strong technical expertise in industrial supply chain**, solid analytical capability, and a strong willingness to work closely with operations—leading daily routines, resolving bottlenecks, and transforming data into practical actions.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate management of production materials and packaging materials, ensuring availability for production.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock-out risks, overstock, obsolescence, and systemic discrepancies.
* Support industrial planning by considering demand, production capacity, available materials, and commercial priorities.
* Perform integrated planning routines, MRP, production scheduling, and capacity analysis.
* Supervise receiving, warehousing, internal movement, order picking, inventory counting, and shipping.
* Ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, physical organization, and reliability of system data.
* Monitor orders, shipping deadlines, billing priorities, and operational constraints.
* Lead KPI tracking, routine meetings, and action plans for supply chain improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
* Experience in materials planning, logistics, inventory management, industrial scheduling, or supply chain.
* Knowledge of MRP, inventory control, capacity analysis, and shipping routines.
* Experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
* Leadership ability, discipline in driving routine execution, and effective interface with production, procurement, quality, sales, and engineering teams.
* Practical, analytical, organized, and energetic profile suited for a dynamic industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in regulated industries, especially medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or cosmetics.
* Knowledge of traceability, batch control, and good warehousing practices.
* Experience with SOPs, industrial KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
