BDP Integrated Waste Logistics is seeking a strategic, analytical professional with a strong sense of operational and environmental responsibility to join our team. If you have experience in logistics, transportation, operational management, and are looking to work for a growing company offering strategic challenges and professional development opportunities, this opportunity may be right for you! ✅ Key responsibilities: * Manage and monitor logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in route planning, warehousing, and customer service; * Analyze and optimize transportation, distribution, and warehousing processes, ensuring quality and on-time delivery; * Control and monitor the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste (Class I, IIA, and IIB), ensuring environmental compliance from collection through final disposal; * Maintain and monitor waste and logistics management systems such as SINIR and COBLI; * Monitor fleet tracking and management to improve operational efficiency; * Negotiate with suppliers and transport companies to reduce costs and improve operational performance; * Develop strategic and customized logistics solutions for clients; * Support operational team management, promoting organization, safety, and performance improvement; * Guide and monitor the technical development of the operational team; * Identify training needs in coordination with HR to strengthen the team’s continuous development; * Control environmental documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; * Reorganize and optimize the operational layout according to legal and safety standards; * Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction; * Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, and Finance departments; * Participate in the implementation of new processes, technologies, and operational improvements; * Prepare managerial reports and present monthly results for strategic operational monitoring. ✅ Requirements: * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering (in progress), or Technology in Logistics; * Experience in logistics operations, transportation, or waste management; * Hands-on experience in operational control, team supervision, and process organization; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and operational KPIs; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and decision-making ability. ✅ Preferred qualifications: * Experience handling Class I and II waste; * Knowledge of MTR, fleet control, and warehousing; * Experience with SINIR and Meu Resíduos systems; * Proactive, strategic profile with a strong sense of environmental responsibility.
