




Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for execution and optimization of installation, configuration, calibration, and maintenance of process instruments, control valves, and pneumatic systems. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on critical equipment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Execute and optimize the installation, configuration, calibration, and maintenance of process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, and analyzers), ensuring operational reliability and availability. * Perform maintenance and adjustments on control valves, positioners, and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper equipment performance. * Ensure reliability, traceability, and compliance of calibrations for critical instruments. * Configure, diagnose, and maintain the Emerson DeltaV DCS, ensuring system stability and performance. * Perform upload and download of control modules, ensuring integrity of implemented changes. * Develop and implement new control loops and strategies to optimize industrial processes. * Diagnose and resolve faults in controllers, industrial networks, and I/O cards, acting promptly and effectively. * Operate human-machine interfaces (DeltaV Live / HMI), supporting operations and improving usability and efficiency. * Execute and optimize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on critical equipment such as steam boilers, turbines, generators, and water treatment systems. * Update and ensure integrity of P\&ID, logic diagrams, electrical diagrams, and "as\-built" documentation, while recording activities in maintenance management systems. * Ensure integrity of safety systems, including interlocks. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. * Safeguard company assets under their responsibility and maintain a safe working environment. * Comply with corporate standards, procedures, and policies, and contribute to achieving targets related to environmental management, safety, health, and quality. **Requirements:** Education: * Technical Course in: Instrumentation; Industrial Automation; Electronics; Mechatronics; Electrotechnics * Technical Knowledge: * Industrial networks (Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, HART); * Calibration of high-precision instruments. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in thermal power plants. * Experience with steam boilers and auxiliary systems. * Experience in continuous-process industrial plants. * Knowledge of DeltaV and functional safety systems (SIS). * Experience in control loop performance analysis. **Benefits:** Gympass
