We value diversity and foster a collaborative and respectful environment. **Maintenance Engineer III** ---------------------------------------- ### **Position Objective** Serve as the technical reference for gas compression system maintenance, ensuring asset reliability, availability, and performance; supporting the maintenance strategy; and contributing to safety, operational efficiency, and production continuity. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure reliability and availability of gas compression systems. * Conduct technical failure analysis of engines, compressors, and associated equipment. * Lead continuous improvement studies aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and mitigating operational risks. * Develop and review predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies. * Provide technical support to field teams, suppliers, and specialized contractors. * Conduct root cause analyses and action plans for significant events. * Participate in improvement, revitalization, and expansion projects for compression systems. * Monitor equipment performance indicators and propose actions to improve reliability. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards. ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Active registration with CREA. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in gas compression equipment maintenance. * Technical knowledge of engines, compressors, and auxiliary systems. * Experience in highly critical industrial environments. * Experience in reliability management and failure analysis. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance planning and execution. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the oil and gas sector. * Experience with exploration and production (E\&P) companies, gas processing facilities, or large-scale compression parks. * Knowledge of reliability methodologies, RCA, FMEA, and RCM. * Experience with performance improvement projects for compression systems. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Owner’s mindset and PRotagonist attitude. * Effective communication and technical influence. * Decision-making ability. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. * Focus on safety, results, and continuous improvement. **Additional Information – What We Offer You:** * Health and dental insurance for you and your dependents. * Meal allowance or company cafeteria and food allowance. * Daycare assistance, culture allowance, and transportation allowance or company-provided transport. * 24/7 medical consultation via video call (extended to dependents). * Education assistance per internal policy. * Development platform, training programs, and educational partnerships. * Life insurance and funeral assistance (no payroll deduction). * Payroll-deductible loan. * 180-day maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave. * Discount app (NewValue). * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR). * Flu vaccination. * Health and Well-being Program. * Access to **Wellhub (Gympass)**. **We Are PReady,** Join our team. \#PetroReconcavo \#NossoJeitoPR \#OrgulhoDeSerPR \#DNADePRotagonista
