Responsibilities: Attend to customers via multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, and social media) for service scheduling Organize and manage the workshop schedule Monitor vehicle intake flow Support ongoing service tracking Maintain updated records and information Requirements: Completed high school education Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and manage simultaneous tasks Proactivity and initiative in daily activities Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ease of customer interaction and teamwork Commercial mindset with a results-oriented focus Advantages: Prior experience in dealerships or related areas (workshop, after-sales, service scheduling) Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM, or administrative tools Compensation and Benefits: R$ 1.621,00 to R$ 3.000,00 (base salary + commission) + transportation allowance (VT) + food basket + health insurance + dental insurance + Cesta Bem Benefícios + TotalPass + SESC and FIEB agreements Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Payment: R$1.621,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
