**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Hours Per Week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supervise planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities for agricultural crops; * Supervise the work team, assign tasks, and ensure achievement of established goals; * Conduct quality control of agricultural products, checking maturity status and presence of pests and diseases; * Prepare daily activity reports and present results to management; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural equipment, ensuring proper operation and team safety; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations, guiding the work team and supervising the use of PPE; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs aimed at professional development and continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields; * Proven experience supervising agricultural activities; * Knowledge of planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance techniques; * Leadership and people management skills; * Knowledge of agricultural product quality control; * Ability to prepare reports and present results; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural equipment; * Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations. **Advantages:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Experience in companies within the agricultural sector; * Project management knowledge; * Data analysis and decision-making ability; * Communication and interpersonal relationship skills. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), Life insurance, Meal allowance
