**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Weekly Hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct periodic inspections of fire-fighting equipment at the cotton mill; * Maintain the cotton mill team trained and prepared to respond in emergencies; * Perform inspections and identify potential fire hazards at the cotton mill; * Respond to emergency situations, including fires, chemical spills, and machinery accidents; * Conduct high-angle and confined-space rescues; * Prepare incident reports and maintain updated records; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance skills and knowledge. **Requirements:** * Civil Fire Fighter qualification; * Prior firefighting experience; * Knowledge of fire-fighting equipment; * Ability to operate effectively in emergency situations; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Availability to work on rotating shifts. **Qualifications:** * Civil Fire Fighter Training Course; * First Aid Certification; * High-Angle and Confined-Space Rescue Certification. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working at cotton mills; * Knowledge of chemicals used in cotton production; * Fire Brigade Certification; * Participation in occupational health and safety training and capacity-building programs. **Benefits:** Accommodation, On-site Meals, Life Insurance
