That is why we constantly seek new talents oriented toward making a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct talent attraction and selection processes; * Promote open positions and those in the talent pool on the attraction and selection platform; * Conduct interviews according to the external selection manual; * Perform assessments as defined for each position; * Identify optimal candidate sourcing channels aligned with the company profile; * Monitor daily organizational headcount versus budgeted headcount; * Forward candidates approved in the selection process to final stages with the hiring manager; * Forward candidates for documentation, when required; * Inform the assistant about the need for medical examinations and onboarding scheduling; * Develop assessment tests based on evaluation requirements for each position; * Enter data into the job vacancy control spreadsheet and monitor vacancies; * Create results presentations and action plans; * Participate in performance review meetings. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Prior experience in high-volume recruitment roles; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of interview techniques
