Development in the fields of maintenance and air conditioning Internship Position – Engineering / Administrative Support for Maintenance We are seeking an Engineering intern to provide administrative support to the central air conditioning system maintenance department, assisting in organizing internal processes and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance reports; * Control and tracking of service orders; * Data entry and updating of information in systems and spreadsheets; * Cost, material, and value control related to maintenance contracts; * Scheduling coordination for technical teams; * Assistance in documentation control and maintenance department performance indicators. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Interest in or basic knowledge of central air conditioning systems; * Familiarity with chillers, fan coils, self-contained units, and split systems; * Experience with administrative routines and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); * Proficiency in process organization and data analysis.
