We are looking for a professional responsible for generating analytical intelligence for CRM and VIP Customer Management, including building dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, measuring churn, studying player behavior, and generating strategic insights to boost retention and loyalty. Responsibilities: \- Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Data Studio, etc.). \- Analyze campaign results (uplift, conversion, ROI, engagement). \- Calculate and monitor KPIs: churn, LTV, frequency, customer lifetime. \- Provide analytical support to the CRM team and VIP program. \- Identify behavioral patterns and propose data-driven actions. \- Monitor A/B tests and suggest optimizations. \- Ensure data integrity and database organization. Requirements: Experience in data analysis within marketing, CRM, or product domains. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms (Tableau, Data Studio, Looker, etc.). Familiarity with retention, engagement, and funnel metrics. Ability to translate data into practical recommendations. Preferred: Basic SQL knowledge and experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or fintech sectors. Familiarity with the betting segment.
