Performing first-level maintenance and cleaning of equipment Carry out auxiliary building and industrial maintenance activities within the civil construction sector. * Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements and procedures * Prepare areas for setting up construction sites or construction support areas; * Perform land clearing, excavation, and soil compaction; * Conduct demolition and dismantling of structures, and removal of components and materials; * Load and unload materials; * Perform first-level maintenance; * Clean machinery, tools, and construction site environments; * Inspect tools and equipment conditions within the department; * Prepare mortar, concrete mix, and other materials.
