Visit potential and existing customers, identify business opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and monitor orders, deliveries, and after-sales support. **Job Responsibilities:*** Offer the appropriate product assortment aligned with each customer’s profile. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and purchase volumes. * Ensure achievement of established sales targets and quality standards. * Customer portfolio management: * Visit customers at the frequency and on the days agreed upon with both the company and the customer; * Maintain a healthy customer portfolio by developing current customers and prospecting new customers along the route; * Update customer information: registration, credit status. * Deliver excellent sales service: * Study each customer’s profile and implement the correct strategy for each cluster; * Increase product assortment and sales volume through customer sell-out; * Identify customer needs and preferences. * Guide customers on proper product usage, storage, or display. * Present new product launches and promotions persuasively. * Seek solutions for complaints or issues related to deliveries, quality, or service, escalating to internal support when necessary. * Master and meticulously follow all steps of the sales process. * Prepare the route before departure: verify the route via the system to ensure efficiency. * Follow the sequential order of the daily visit schedule: adhere to the planned visit sequence. * Know and be known by our customers: establish and maintain close relationships with customers. * Point-of-sale material (MPDV) display and preservation: ensure materials are properly displayed and well maintained. * Stock and promote optimal product visibility on shelves/refrigerators and at each point of sale (PDV): ensure products are adequately stocked and well presented. * Rotate products: alert customers to products nearing expiration and suggest price reductions. * Guide customers on pricing practices: provide clear guidance on pricing. * Verify customers’ understanding of digital platforms and incentives: ensure customers know how to use tools and leverage available incentives. * Make service quality tangible: demonstrate service quality through concrete actions. * Make sales proposals: present special offers via digital platforms, NRABs, bundles, and sales force. * Conclude visits appropriately: ensure professional and proper visit closure. * Update strategies and actions during meetings. * Plan routes with customer analysis and tool utilization. * Update information in the system and follow prescribed visit itineraries. * Execute basic sales routines at each served customer. * Analyze prices and offers, and formulate order suggestions. * Offer orders aligned with customer needs. * Verify whether deliveries are being executed correctly. * Perform registrations en route. * Attend meetings. * Analyze delinquency and develop collection strategies. * Ensure proper execution of routines at the point of sale. * Ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts. * Monitor deliveries and returns. * Analyze commercial performance and objectives, ensuring target achievement. * Identify unserved customers and expand the customer base. * Market and Competitive Monitoring: track market behavior and competitors’ activities, identifying opportunities to improve sales strategies and adjusting approaches according to trends.
