Responsibilities: \- Identify development needs in collaboration with leaders and business units; \- Plan and execute technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs; \- Organize internal and external training sessions, managing schedules, budgets, and KPIs; \- Monitor the effectiveness of T\&D programs and propose continuous improvements; \- Support the implementation and maintenance of development pathways and career plans; \- Lead onboarding activities for new employees and organizational culture initiatives; \- Manage training partners and vendors to ensure quality and alignment with business needs; \- Support performance evaluation cycles and employee engagement initiatives; \- Produce T\&D KPI reports to support decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proven experience in Training \& Development, preferably in dynamic environments; * Knowledge of learning methodologies (in-person and digital); * Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, and PowerPoint; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to facilitate group sessions. **Preferred Qualifications:** -------------------------- * Experience in climate and engagement management; * Background in technology companies, betting firms, or startups; * Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to HR; * Certification in behavioral assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, PDA, etc.); * Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- * Mobility Card: usable at various locations, including ride-hailing apps (Uber, 99, etc.), public transportation tickets, parking facilities, gas stations, and more. * Meal and Food Allowance: accepted at supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, and other food establishments. * Parking. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Salvador \- BA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Business hours **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
