Here, you will be a key player in building intelligent promotional workflows, ensuring every campaign runs consistently, impactfully, and without improvisation. Your challenge will be to transform promotional ideas into replicable, organized, high-performance processes—connecting CX, CRM, and Product within a sharp operation. Main Responsibilities: Structure operational promotional workflows. Document promotional rules and mechanics. Develop new recurring promotional formats. Structure reusable campaigns. Reduce dependency on manual executions. Manage promotional timelines. Create initiatives specifically for new users. Collaborate with CRM on initial activation. Improve user retention. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Ability to document promotional rules and mechanics clearly and precisely; Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams such as Product, CX, and Customer Support; Genuine interest in and understanding of the sports universe, with a focus on football. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Customer journey vision in betting or online platforms.
