Job Mission
Responsible for customer service and support in business development and the provision of products and services, including operational and commercial support, aiming to contribute to systemic objectives, service coverage, and growth.
* Responsible for serving cooperative members by providing information on financial products and services offered by the credit cooperative.
* Perform account opening, maintenance, and closure in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct credit operations, including loan and financing approvals, credit analysis, and contract monitoring.
* Prospect new cooperative members by presenting the benefits and differentiators of the credit cooperative.
* Sell financial products—such as insurance, consortiums, credit cards, and investment products—in accordance with cooperative members’ needs.
* Provide support and guidance to cooperative members on using digital and self-service channels, encouraging adoption of these tools.
* Participate in cooperative member relationship-building and loyalty initiatives, organizing events and engagement campaigns.
* Stay updated on the cooperative’s policies, regulations, and procedures, as well as financial market trends.
* Prepare service reports and controls, recording relevant information for cooperative management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes by suggesting innovations and solutions to enhance the cooperative member experience.

**Requirements:** **Requirements:**
* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
* Prior experience in customer service.
* Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
* Ability to work under targets and pressure.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in teams.
* Availability to work during standard business hours.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in credit cooperatives.
* CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification.
* Knowledge of banking and cooperative systems.
* Negotiation and sales skills.
* Problem-solving ability and decision-making capability.
