Job Summary: Operations Supervisor – HVAC responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the operation and maintenance activities of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Key Highlights: 1. Act as the technical-operational responsible and propose improvements Operations Supervisor – HVAC * Plan, coordinate, and supervise operation and maintenance activities of HVAC and refrigeration systems * Monitor and perform preventive, corrective, and emergency services on air conditioning equipment * Assign tasks and provide guidance to technical teams, ensuring proper execution of work orders * Guarantee compliance with contractual deadlines, service level agreements (SLA), and required quality standards * Verify correct installation, operation, and functionality of HVAC equipment * Ensure adherence to applicable technical standards (ABNT, manufacturers' guidelines, and current legislation) * Guarantee appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with occupational safety regulations * Monitor operational indicators, team performance, and system availability * Serve as the technical-operational representative for the client, contract supervisor, and managers * Identify recurring failures and propose corrective actions and process improvements in maintenance * Control materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables used in operations * Prepare and monitor technical reports, maintenance records, and contractual evidence * Support technical training and continuous capacity building of the HVAC team * Ensure service continuity and prompt response to emergency requests Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
