If you are driven by challenges, enjoy working in teams, and seek a place where your ideas are valued, join us in driving business forward and building the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Respond to Maintenance Service Orders. * Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance. * Perform hydraulic, mechanical, partition, and ceiling maintenance. * Carry out minor painting, masonry, and carpentry services. * Assist in installation and maintenance of building electrical systems, lamp replacement, outlet relocation, and other similar tasks (all activities will be performed with the electrical system de-energized). * Perform installation or maintenance of low-voltage electrical equipment and procedures for energizing and de-energizing electrical circuits. * Supervise third-party companies carrying out maintenance and conservation activities. * Support the qualification process of new maintenance service partners. * Support layout change activities. * Provide area managers with information regarding maintenance-related costs, execute tasks, and prioritize service orders according to company policy and manager requests; * Welding services for building maintenance or fabrication of jigs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** --------------------------- * Completed high school education.
