Job Summary: Monitor and carry out receiving, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, ensuring appropriate stock levels and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and train the team in performing their tasks Monitor and carry out receiving, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch of materials to customers, aiming to ensure stock levels and work quality in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling, defining the type of transport for each cargo type; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Inspect and conduct inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing schedules aligned with required handling operations; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Guidance Document are being executed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are being followed by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Maintain contact with carriers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather information from internal customers regarding material priorities to guide dispatch scheduling and team planning within the units under supervision; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines; * Guide/train the team in performing their tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management.
